Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Healthcare Data Analyst will analyze extensive datasets to extract valuable insights that influence business decisions and improve clinical outcomes for members.

Key responsibilities

Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources, including healthcare provider and member data
Support the execution of large-scale projects and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities
Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience working with large databases and data management
Healthcare analytics experience preferred
