Job Summary
Transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Healthcare Data Analyst will support operational and clinical decision-making by evaluating data needs, analyzing datasets, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with analysts to define analytical approaches and evaluate data needs for projects
- Contribute to analyses that inform operational and clinical decision-making
- Work with relational databases to query, wrangle, and analyze complex datasets including claims, clinical, and member data
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience with analytical tools through coursework, projects, or internships
- Experience working with SQL and Python
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and approach problems in a structured manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and primarily remote environment
