Job Summary
Serving as the Provider Data Subject Matter Expert, the full-time remote Data Analyst - Provider Data Management will manage, validate, and enhance extensive healthcare provider datasets while ensuring data quality and driving insights for business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a comprehensive dataset of over 10 million healthcare practitioners and organizations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Lead analysis and integration of diverse healthcare datasets to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Monitor data workflows and collaborate with teams to resolve data quality issues and implement solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Data Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of healthcare data management experience, particularly in provider data management
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare markets, provider information, and claims/revenue cycle
- Proficiency with data management tools and writing SQL queries
- Certifications in data management or healthcare analytics preferred
