Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the remote Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist will integrate into client teams or work with FullStack product teams to analyze healthcare data, validate data quality, and create analytical reports.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with client teams or product teams to analyze and deliver healthcare data solutions
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality monitoring for healthcare datasets
- Create recurring analytical reports and maintain data dictionaries for clients and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree
- Deep experience with healthcare data, including claims and benefits analysis
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security regulations
