Healthcare Data Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst III (Remote Capable).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex data extraction, manipulation, and summarization to create analytical datasets for research activities
• Lead the design, testing, validation, and analysis of complicated data structures from various source systems
• Act as a strategic partner for investigators, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Science
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare data analytics
• 2-3+ years of experience building clinical healthcare data from large EHR datasets is highly preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in SQL or SAS programming, with SQL being highly preferred
• Experience with data from electronic health records or healthcare claims in health research or analytics
