Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a healthcare data analytics team, hiring and onboarding new analysts
• Partner with various teams to shape and deliver a data roadmap, managing stakeholder relationships
• Oversee the development of automated self-service dashboards and support data governance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of healthcare data analysts
• Experience with modern data development tools (e.g., Jira, Git, Azure)
• Strong understanding of healthcare data ontologies (CPT, ICD-10, NDC)
• Ability to lead with influence in cross-functional roles
