Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Healthcare Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analysts, providing technical direction and reviewing deliverables
• Define and execute the provider analytics roadmap in alignment with product and enterprise data strategy
• Design and support scalable analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare data analytics experience (provider, claims, network)
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
• Experience building and maintaining datasets used for analytics and business operations
