Healthcare Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Healthcare Data Analytics Manager will transform complex healthcare data into structured assets, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics that inform critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Analysts by providing technical direction and guiding problem-solving approaches
• Define and execute the provider analytics roadmap in alignment with product and enterprise data strategy
• Design and support scalable analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks, ensuring the accuracy and quality of analytical outputs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare data analytics experience (provider, claims, network)
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics) or equivalent experience
• Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python, with experience supporting production-level code
• Experience building and maintaining datasets used for analytics and business operations
