Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Engineer to focus on ETL development and data engineering for healthcare datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion pipelines in Databricks for healthcare data sources
• Process and transform complex healthcare data types and implement ETL workflows for analytics
• Collaborate with data analysts and IT DevOps for pipeline development and document processes for data governance

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering with a focus on ETL and pipeline development
• Expert-level proficiency in Databricks
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data formats (837, 835, MMR, membership, pharmacy, provider data)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, transformations, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
