Healthcare Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare initiative, the remote 6-month contract Healthcare Data Engineer will expand, optimize, and monitor data pipeline architecture while collaborating with software engineers and data analysts to ensure effective data integration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize data pipeline architecture for analytics and data initiatives
- Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT processes for large healthcare data sets
- Integrate and maintain data solutions using Azure Data Factory and other data management tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development and data integration
- Proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, and experience with Oracle databases
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure cloud services
- Familiarity with healthcare data sets is strongly preferred
