Healthcare Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to support operational workflows related to provider referrals, patient data, and cohort management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update referral data from healthcare providers to initiate patient onboarding processes
• Import and validate patient records from external platforms for integration into internal systems
• Review, clean, and manipulate patient cohort lists to meet formatting requirements before uploading

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred
• 1+ year experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient data privacy regulations is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
