Healthcare Data Lead Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Healthcare Data Lead Analyst will engage with customers to address complex business needs, contribute to data validation processes, and become an expert in the Arcadia platform and its data flows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to solve complex business challenges within the Arcadia platform
• Explain data transformations to build customer trust in the data provided
• Contribute to the development of a new validation engine and support internal teams with data expertise

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data
• Deep knowledge of clinical data and data feeds (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
• Strong experience with value-based care
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using AI tools for efficiency
• Genuine desire to learn and apply AI tools for operational improvements
