Job Summary
To support data integrity in healthcare, the full-time Healthcare Data Quality Specialist will remotely review and analyze member records, perform data reconciliation, and provide operational support while ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review close matches within the iMDM Inspector work queue and resolve discrepancies
- Perform data analysis and member record reconciliation to support accurate identity matching
- Assist with quality reporting, audits, and continuous improvement activities
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in data review and analysis
- 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data input and analysis
- 1+ years of experience with healthcare member, eligibility, or demographic data
- Experience providing process and operational support
