Key Responsibilities

• Process and analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data to improve data quality and integrity
• Collaborate with team members to conduct analyses and modeling workflows, applying statistical methods to evaluate program impact
• Prepare clear and accurate reports for internal use and client deliverables, translating complex findings into accessible insights

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience (4+ years)
• 2-6 years of experience with health-related data (e.g., claims, program data, EHR)
• Statistics coursework and familiarity with core statistical concepts are required
• Strong foundation in SQL, Python, and R programming languages
• Experience with programming notebooks and tools like Pandas or NumPy
