Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare claims data using advanced validation techniques
• Design and maintain retrospective and predictive models for performance analysis and high-risk patient identification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance analytical tools and implement scalable solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics)
• 7+ years of experience analyzing healthcare claims data
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar data tools
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and complex formulas
• Knowledge of healthcare network rosters and quality measurement methodologies
