Healthcare Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support innovative pharmaceutical market research, the full-time remote Healthcare Data Scientist will analyze healthcare provider prescribing behavior, develop synthetic audiences, and implement AI-driven data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to predict HCP prescribing behavior and perform patient segmentation
• Implement data cleaning, augmentation, and transformation processes to create analytics workspaces in AWS/Athena
• Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis and build AI-powered synthetic personas based on real-world claims data

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or similar roles
• Proven expertise with AWS data and analytics tools, including Athena, S3, and Glue
• Hands-on experience analyzing healthcare claims and EHR data
• Strong SQL and Python skills, particularly with pandas for large-scale data workflows
• Understanding of pharmaceutical market research, including HCP segmentation and demand modeling
