Job Summary

Managing the intake of billing files and patient records, the full-time Healthcare Data Validation Specialist will ensure accurate data importing, validate file integrity, and process case logs and surgery schedules in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the intake of billing files and patient records from various sources
• Sort, organize, and index records to maintain data integrity and facilitate easy retrieval
• Process case logs and surgery schedules, ensuring proper documentation is linked to patient accounts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Hands-on experience with batch processing and charge log review
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data integrity standards
