Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in leading technology and support teams
• Experience in a healthcare company and with an offshore model
• Familiarity with applications such as Java, Web Services, XML, SQL, and AWS Cloud Environment
• Experience with Incident Management, Release Management, and ITIL practices
