Healthcare Delivery Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Delivery Executive, the full-time remote Senior Director will lead large-scale health plan program implementations, manage project impacts, and coordinate workstreams to ensure successful delivery of operational and technology initiatives in the healthcare payer domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as overall delivery executive accountable for delivering client projects
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for health plan programs, from initiation through deployment and stabilization
• Facilitate risk identification and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project and operational impacts

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of Delivery Executive and Project Management experience in healthcare payer implementations
• Strong knowledge of health plan functions such as claims, provider networks, and member services
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex dependencies across technology and business operations
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and impact analysis for health plan operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field; PMP certification strongly preferred
