Healthcare Delivery Leader
Job Summary
Overseeing the development and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients, the full-time remote Delivery Leader will provide technical and delivery leadership across multiple teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions for a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) healthcare product.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the COTS healthcare system, ensuring reliable and compliant solutions
- Define and implement development processes and quality assurance standards, ensuring adherence to SDLC and change management practices
- Collaborate with technical managers and stakeholders to support product delivery, issue resolution, and customer implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in technical leadership or management roles
- Proven experience overseeing delivery for enterprise healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid-related
- Experience managing teams working on COTS products
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release and change management, and application maintenance
