Healthcare Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager (Healthcare TechOps - Applications).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational excellence for technology delivery and customer-facing technology operations
• Generate SLA/Operational reports and drive issue resolution for incidents
• Oversee day-to-day production support for a mid-size HealthPlan, including core administrative systems and vendor management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in managing a customer-facing production support environment
• Experience with healthcare payer platforms and SaaS providers is essential
• Strong experience with service management tools, SLA tracking, and operational reporting
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with ITIL practices is required
