Healthcare Design Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Healthcare Design Engineer, the full-time remote position will focus on delivering high-quality design work for healthcare products, collaborating with engineers and customer teams to solve complex user experience challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design work from conception to delivery for various products on the platform
• Collaborate with engineers and customer teams to identify and solve user, product, and business problems
• Improve the internal design system and ensure high quality across the entire product

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience at a product-driven tech company
• Healthcare experience is required
• Frontend development experience with React, Next.js, and HTML/CSS
• Experience shipping software that addresses complex problems
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end product design from user research to high-fidelity design
