Job Summary
A company is looking for a DLP / Desk Level Procedures Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document comprehensive Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) for claims, benefits, enrollment, and configuration workflows
- Translate complex business processes into clear, actionable operational procedures for end users
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze recurring issues and improve existing procedures
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer operations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Facets, particularly in premium billing and claims processing
- Strong experience in developing Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) and operational documentation
- Deep understanding of claims adjudication processes and benefits configuration
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
