Job Summary

A company is looking for a DLP / Desk Level Procedures Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and document comprehensive Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) for claims, benefits, enrollment, and configuration workflows
  • Translate complex business processes into clear, actionable operational procedures for end users
  • Collaborate with various teams to analyze recurring issues and improve existing procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer operations
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Facets, particularly in premium billing and claims processing
  • Strong experience in developing Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) and operational documentation
  • Deep understanding of claims adjudication processes and benefits configuration
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
