Healthcare Director Front-End Clearance

Job Summary

Leading front-end clearance operations, the fully remote Healthcare Director, Front-End Clearance will oversee pre-billing processes, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient and financial experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all front-end revenue cycle functions, including referrals, authorizations, and insurance verification
• Coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore teams to ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs
• Implement training programs and monitor KPIs to improve accuracy, compliance, and overall revenue cycle outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification highly desired
• Strong knowledge of payer authorization policies and compliance standards
• Proven track record of improving clean claim rates and reducing denials
