Healthcare Director, Nevada Licensed

Job Summary

Leading front-end clearance operations, the fully remote Healthcare Director, Nevada Licensed will oversee pre-billing processes, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient and financial experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for front-end revenue cycle functions, including referrals, authorizations, and insurance verification
• Coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore teams to ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs
• Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance patient access and increase clean claim rates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing front-end/pre-billing operations
• Strong knowledge of payer authorization policies and insurance eligibility requirements
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification highly desired
