Healthcare Economics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Economics Analyst, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researches and investigates key business problems using quantitative analyses of utilization and healthcare costs data
• Develops and improves quantitative data analytics and sets performance targets
• Leads a team in identifying areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, pharmacoeconomics, health services research, economics, health economics, public health, or a related quantitative discipline
• 2+ years of programming experience with SAS and/or SQL in a professional and/or educational setting
• Experience with data reporting and analysis
• Intermediate Excel skills
