Healthcare Economics Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Healthcare Economics Consultant will perform critical research and analysis, develop quantitative analytics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve healthcare cost and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects involving database creation, statistical modeling, and financial reporting
• Develop and improve key performance metrics to support business decision-making
• Design data queries and reporting solutions using SQL and Python to analyze healthcare trends

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, mathematics, economics, business, statistics, engineering, or finance
• 3+ years of experience translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations
• 3+ years of experience using SQL or similar tools for data extraction and analysis
• 3+ years of experience analyzing healthcare or financial performance data
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools
