Job Summary
To support network strategy and contract negotiations, the full-time Healthcare Economics Consultant will analyze provider reimbursement, manage financial modeling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze provider reimbursement, pricing models, and financial impact assessments to support network strategy
- Manage unit cost tracking and ensure alignment with negotiation outcomes and reimbursement changes
- Develop SQL queries and analytical models to enhance reporting tools for executive decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of analytical experience in healthcare pricing, managed care, or healthcare analytics
- Experience with healthcare claims and reimbursement methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
