Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Healthcare Econ Director - Labs and Genetics Services - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop cost savings initiatives for assigned clients, providing timely updates
• Conduct analytical and investigative work to support concept development
• Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver payment integrity initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience auditing, billing, and/or coding claims in the Molecular/Genetic area
• 4+ years in the healthcare industry with exposure to Payment Integrity or Revenue Integrity
• 3+ years in collaborative roles, establishing credibility with management across functions
• 2+ years of experience analyzing claims data to identify trends
• Project Management experience and knowledge of CMS rules and regulations
