Healthcare EHR Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare EHR Program Management Designer to support large-scale Electronic Health Record implementation and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize project data related to EHR deployment and operational readiness
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process workflows for consistent execution
• Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards that reflect project progress, risks, and readiness indicators

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare environments, preferably with health IT or EHR-related initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management activities, including status reporting
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project
• Strong experience in developing SOPs and process documentation
• Ability to understand and map workflows and dependencies
