Healthcare Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the growth of sales and customer success teams, the full-time remote Healthcare Enablement Specialist will design and deliver onboarding programs, create sales collateral, and enhance enablement workflows using AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of onboarding curricula and ongoing training programs
- Develop and maintain sales collateral and enablement content while co-owning written responses to RFIs and RFPs
- Support sales process adoption and tool training, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in enablement, marketing, healthcare revenue cycle management operations, or sales/account management
- Working understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management
- Strong writing skills with a verifiable track record in creating enablement content
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and learning management systems (LMS) preferred
- High agency and willingness to learn a complex product suite
