Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with health system counterparts, maintaining communication and tracking engagement health
• Prepare client-facing deliverables and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure impactful execution
• Develop engagement strategies and support executive preparation for major client conversations

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or health system operations
• Fluency in health system economics and operations
• Experience in client relationship ownership on multi-stakeholder engagements
• Ability to produce executive-quality presentations and analytical narratives
• Experience in cross-functional coordination without formal authority
