Healthcare Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Engagement Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to engage patients and discuss the benefits of the program
• Enroll patients in the program and schedule initial virtual nurse visits
• Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up on inbound inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an outbound call center or direct sales position
• Preferred experience in healthcare and/or functional medicine
• Ability to navigate phone conversations and computer tools simultaneously
• Experience handling confidential data and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Remote work experience preferred; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
