Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates outbound calls to eligible Medicare patients to enroll them in CCM/RPM programs
• Educates patients on program benefits and obtains their consent to enroll
• Documents patient interactions accurately in the enrollment system

Required Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience (inside sales)
• Dependable with a consistent work ethic and good time management skills
• Experience in phone-based customer service or sales is a plus
• Comfortable navigating and recording data in computer systems
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
