Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist - CCM / RPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates phone contact with eligible Medicare patients to enroll them in CCM/RPM programs
• Meets or exceeds outbound connect rates and enrollment objectives
• Educates eligible patients on the benefits of CCM/RPM programs and obtains their consent to enroll

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrates values of Integrity, Growth, and Excellence
• Dependable with a consistent work ethic and good time management skills
• Experience in an outbound call center environment (inside sales)
• Comfortable navigating and recording data in computer systems
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
