Job Summary
Leading end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery for large-scale Healthcare Payer programs, the full-time remote Healthcare Facets QA Test Manager will ensure high-quality outcomes across Facets implementations and modernization initiatives while managing multiple testing workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing for Healthcare Facets programs
- Define and drive test strategy, planning, governance, and defect management activities
- Partner with client stakeholders to provide delivery governance and quality metrics oversight
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience in Healthcare Payer systems
- Proven expertise in end-to-end test management for large-scale Facets programs
- Strong domain knowledge in Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, and EDI transactions
- Experience leading multi-vendor and cross-functional teams in transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
