Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Facilities Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engineering operations and compliance programs for healthcare facilities
- Build relationships with client personnel and provide leadership direction for operational systems
- Conduct compliance audits and maintain operational readiness for healthcare organizations
Required Qualifications
- BS degree preferred in an Engineering Discipline
- Five years of healthcare experience in Plant Operations and/or Facilities Management
- Five years of experience in personnel and team management
- Working knowledge of CMS and accrediting organizations such as the Joint Commission and NFPA codes
- Quality Management Training/Certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred
