Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Healthcare Facilities Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engineering operations and compliance programs for healthcare facilities
  • Build relationships with client personnel and provide leadership direction for operational systems
  • Conduct compliance audits and maintain operational readiness for healthcare organizations
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree preferred in an Engineering Discipline
  • Five years of healthcare experience in Plant Operations and/or Facilities Management
  • Five years of experience in personnel and team management
  • Working knowledge of CMS and accrediting organizations such as the Joint Commission and NFPA codes
  • Quality Management Training/Certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred
