Healthcare Finance Director

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic financial leader, the full-time salaried Healthcare Finance Director will manage the clinical operational and capital budgeting processes while overseeing the development of the Annual Financial Plan, with remote or hybrid flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the health system's financial planning and budgeting process
• Execute the annual financial plan process and manage financial modeling and scenario planning
• Lead the development of financial deliverables for senior leadership and mentor a team of financial analysts and managers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in financial planning and budgeting
• Relevant advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master of Finance) and/or active CPA licensure preferred
• Extensive experience within healthcare finance
• Strong IT skills with expertise in analytical and presentation materials for executive audiences
• Experience or interest in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into financial workflows
