Healthcare Finance Director

Job Summary

To lead the healthcare finance and reimbursement function, the full-time Director, Healthcare Finance & Reimbursement will manage day-to-day operations, oversee reimbursement analysis and cost reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial support, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead daily activities of the healthcare finance and reimbursement function, providing technical guidance and support for team performance
• Develop and execute reimbursement strategies for various payers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of cost reports
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to support informed decision-making and compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance or reimbursement
• Strong experience with Medicare hospital cost reports
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
