Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the full-time salaried Healthcare Finance Manager will manage the end-to-end general ledger close process, collaborate with hospital leadership for financial analysis, and oversee accounting for joint ventures, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger close process for designated sites, ensuring timely reviews and analysis
- Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis, providing insights and variance explanations
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to support financial reporting and budgeting processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5-7+ years of progressive healthcare finance/accounting experience, preferably in hospital settings
- Experience with complex, multi-facility healthcare systems or large hospital operations
- Proven ability to partner with senior hospital leadership to drive financial performance
- Expertise in P&L analysis, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes
