Healthcare Finance Senior Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of healthcare services, the full-time remote Healthcare Finance Senior Manager will lead outsourced accounting and advisory services for healthcare clients, mentor teams, and drive client engagement and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of outsourced accounting and advisory services for a portfolio of healthcare clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leadership teams, providing financial and operational guidance
- Oversee client onboarding activities, including process transitions and operational integrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or client advisory services
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly with medical practices or physician groups
- Experience with financial reporting platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver exceptional client service
