Healthcare Finance Underwriting Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the Healthcare Finance business, the full-time hybrid Healthcare Finance Underwriting Associate will analyze loan opportunities, model financial projections, and prepare investment memos while collaborating with various transaction parties.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze potential direct loan origination and participation opportunities in healthcare services
• Model financial projections and conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate loan repayment potential
• Prepare loan investment approval write-ups and coordinate loan closings with the Portfolio Management team

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in audit, credit analysis, investment banking, or loan underwriting required
• CPA or CFA designation is a plus
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
