Healthcare Financial Analyst II

Job Summary

To support the financial health of the organization, the full-time remote Healthcare Financial Informatics Business Analyst II will coordinate projects across multi-disciplinary teams, analyze new requests, and research innovative solutions while serving as a liaison between clinical, finance, revenue, informatics, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the coordination of enhancement requests for clinical and business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Catalog and evaluate new system requests, assisting in prioritization and analysis of their potential impact on workflows
• Gather and analyze data from clinical and financial systems to support enhancement request evaluation and present findings to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in informatics, IT, business, healthcare, or a related field
• Completion of Epic certification and/or badges within the first 12 months of hire
• 4 years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, and collaboration with clinical and financial teams (6 years with an Associate's Degree)
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical application assessment and workflow design
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows and Power BI is preferred
