Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Healthcare Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Submit accurate and timely claims, ensuring proper reimbursement and supporting the revenue cycle process
Respond to patient inquiries regarding financial matters, billing questions, and insurance coverage
Review and troubleshoot claims in the EHR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing guidelines

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes
Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification software
Proficiency with computer software applications, including Google Suite
