Job Summary

A company is looking for an Healthcare Focus Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production of client materials and maintain positive customer relations throughout the manufacturing process
• Enter and verify job instructions in manufacturing systems and communicate with customers regarding job status and changes
• Monitor progress of jobs, ensure final product meets customer requirements, and prepare paperwork for billing purposes

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing or office environment
• Excellent knowledge of functional area related to the job
• Advanced knowledge of technology, including computers and software programs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
