Healthcare Focus Strategic Account Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist with a focus on healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise between customer, sales, and production facilities to coordinate the production of client jobs and ensure compliance with customer expectations, company policy, and quality requirements
• Develop and execute strategic customer plans, build contract provisions, and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Oversee the production process, review customer requirements, and coordinate the delivery of production materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools
• Excellent communication and writing skills
