Healthcare Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Owning customer engagements from initial feasibility to post-launch support, the full-time remote Healthcare Forward Deployed Engineer will manage technical delivery, build trusted relationships with healthcare clients, and develop custom solutions to meet complex needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical work from scoping through implementation and post-delivery support
• Develop and deploy integrations and applications that address specific customer challenges
• Identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback and implementation patterns

Required qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Ability to manage customer engagements from scoping through delivery and support
• Strong technical execution in custom solutions, integrations, and data transformations
• Comfort operating in healthcare data environments, including sensitivity to PHI and regulatory considerations
• Proven ability to build trust with technical stakeholders and bridge customer needs with product capabilities
