Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Director to lead financial planning and operational finance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, supporting growth and long-term financial planning
• Own and refine the company's financial model, leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze financial performance drivers and identify opportunities to optimize margin and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 6-10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in healthcare services, digital health, or healthcare SaaS
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical expertise
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and revenue recognition principles
