Healthcare Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst II to join their healthcare consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations of the DoD/SSA Health Data Sharing Initiative
• Supervise the processing of SSA requests for military health records and ensure compliance with policies
• Monitor program performance, provide statistical data reports, and facilitate personnel transitions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7-10 years of experience in a functional or data analyst role within a healthcare environment
• Military Health Systems (MHS) experience, preferably with MHS GENESIS
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Privacy Act, and DoD cybersecurity regulations
• Understanding of SSA disability claims processing standards is preferred
