Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Government Affairs, Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute federal health policy and appropriations strategies
• Provide strategic counsel on health financing frameworks and monitor relevant policy developments
• Engage with congressional offices on global health initiatives and coordinate advocacy efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in government affairs, preferably on Capitol Hill or in federal agencies
• Deep understanding of federal appropriations and health committee processes
• Direct experience with HIV/AIDS policy and related federal funding
• Familiarity with 340B policy debates is preferred
• Strong bipartisan relationships and political judgment
